I had to transact my significant purchase for table centerpieces from a long distance and entirely over the phone. My requests were unusual, requiring creation of baskets and pots filled with live plants. Heidi and others work hard to understand my desires. They seemed to enjoy an out of the box approach and encouraged it rather than forcing me into a mold. They produced beautiful live arrangements, and located for me the pots I needed to pull off an Italian country theme. The delivery was at my convenience, not theirs. They were excellent partners in this venture. I recommend them highly.
